An online RSVP saves you from the long thread of “we’re coming 👍” in the group chat, where nobody can tell who has answered. Instead of counting messages, each guest replies once in a short form, and you get a tidy table that updates by itself.
For a kids’ party, the form asks how many children are coming, whether an adult is staying, about food allergies, and who is picking up at the end. So you know how many pizzas to order, whether the cake needs to be nut-free, and whom to call if a child isn’t collected on time. For a grown-up event — a family dinner, a reunion or a bris — choose “Other event” and the form counts adults first.
Tip: send the link with your invitation, and set the reply-by date about three days before the event. The day after, the reminder button prepares a message with the names of anyone who hasn’t replied — polite, short and without embarrassing anyone.

Is the RSVP really free?
Yes. Create an event, send the link and see every reply — no payment, no sign-up and no app to download. Guests reply in a tap too, without leaving a phone number or an email address.
Who can see the guests’ replies?
Only the person who created the event: on the device they created it on, through their private host link, or with the 4-digit host code. Guests see only the event details, their own reply, and how many have said yes in total.
Can I change my reply after sending it?
Yes. Open the same link again on the same phone and tap “Change reply”. The hosts see the updated reply straight away.
How do I know who hasn’t replied yet?
Add a guest list to the event (one first name per line). The page compares it with the replies, shows who still hasn’t answered, and prepares a polite reminder you can paste into the group.
How long is the page kept?
Until two months after the event date, when it is deleted automatically along with every reply. You can also delete it yourself at any time with the “Delete this event” button.
